Unusual crazy lace agate pendant that has a small druzy crystal ‘geode’ in the center of the stone. Crazy lace agate is found in a relatively small area just south of El Paso, Texas in Mexico. I obtain my crazy lace agate rough material from a friend who is a life-long rock collector and spends two weeks a year collecting agates in Mexico. The colors and patterns seen in the photo’s are completely natural. Although commonly referred to as ‘crazy lace agate’, there is another name for the stone, ‘lazy lace agate’. Both names reference the random color patterns in the stone.
